We spend money to ur hotel stary but there is no proper water. I had to stay the whole day at room without water. Terrible experience. Altogether 3 rooms we paid 3 nights extra too. Nut no diference.

Bed was super comfy. Location for getting out and about was great. Breakfast and female staff member who made the best coffee was great. Really enjoyed the outdoor bar on the Friday night, cocktails were great and the food was amazing, totally intended eating and drinking here again. We were expecting a parcel to be delivered to the hotel and unfortunately it arrived after we had gone back to Scotland. We had spoken with John and another member of front desk staff who assured us they would take parcel and contact us to arrange delivery back to UK and we would arrange payment etc. Unfortunately after we had left I heard nothing from the hotel. I emailed John Flores and received no reply, I emailed reception no reply, so this was very disappointing, after being advised they would look after this for us. However I called the hotel and had the great fortune to be transferred to the amazing Amy Nguyen, she was absolutely fantastic. She arranged the FedEx transportation of our parcel, she kept in touch with me for 2 weeks, due to some difficulties with FedEx and the parcel. She is an absolute credit to this hotel and the main reason for the top review on staff and hotel. She went over and above and deserves recognition for her help. So once again Amy, thank you so much.

They are rubbish for cleaning. I was there for 6 days and of those only 1 time they did cleaning, my wife had to do the cleaning because our children couldn't be in the dirty, this hotel is not recommended at all,
