Looks like the pictures. Huge balcony with chairs to sit out on. Nice area with enough restaurants and convenience stores for a few days. Beds were comfortable. Ac worked well. We booked the kayak tour to see the dolphins and the Mekong through them and it was excellent. They also had good looking bikes to rent. Restaurant area upstairs was great for hanging out in. Food was probably just ok but perfect for when it rained and we didn't want to go out. Decent prices and you pay at the end with your room fee. Shared bathroom was always clean, but only one toilet and one shower on our floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again for sure

The rooms as all ok. Clean, and a/c working well. The price is amazing value. They also sell food and drinks. Scooter hire available. A good position to explore the area. The family make you feel so welcome, and can arrange trips and onward travel. Would recommend

The whole family are so lovely and welcoming We had dinner with the family both nights we stayed and the food was really really tasty! Breakfast was nice also. The bed was comfortable and nets were provided. We also did the Kratie tour which was really great, very detailed and insightful.
