M,ha agradat el tracte proper, servicial. Qualsevol necessitat va ser atesa amablement. Hi ha un personal de manteniment excel.lent, no sé el nom, però molt atent a tot. Em va agradar molt el servei de buffet disponible, lliure de càrrecs, que teníem durant moltes hores al dia: tan dolç com salat en un espai confortable i tranquil. La ubicació és excel·lent, a l'entrada de Lucca, en un lloc tranquil i agradable. Un hotel petit, com els que m'agraden, silenciós, amb bon tracte i confortable. Tornaria sense dubte.

Habitació amplia per quatre persones 2 adults i 2 adolescents. Piscina agradable i moderna. L'entorn de l'hotel amb arbres, sembla un petit oasis. Parquing ampli. El servei molt amable. Buffet per esmorzar correcte, faltaria algun plat calent. Es pot esmorzar a taules exteriors. Molt a prop de Luca 10' per visitar i menjar.
