El personal és excepcional, però excepcional !, abans d'arribar vam tenir un problema amb el cotxe (una pedra de la muntanya ens va trencar el vidre posterior) i ens van fer un arrenjament sensacional que va durar perfecte la resta del viatge. Molt agraïts a la Cassandra de recepció i a l'Alex, el manetes. L'hotel està en un emplaçament excepcional i preciós, però isolat (cal ser-ne conscient) Les instal·lacions magnífiques. El servei, tant de l'esmorzar com del sopar, fantàstics, encantadors i amables al màxim. Si no hi ha boira les vistes meravelloses, i si hi ha boira, és com estar al cel. La cuina excel·lent L'habitació molt gran i còmoda, i la dutxa també !
