Location in Bantham, short walk to beach, coastal walks, ferry boat for Bigbury on Sea. Our room had a lovely view from windows. Handy to have parking for the duration of stay. Good food in the pub.

Beautiful room with lots of lovely touches. We visited over Easter and Liz left us little Easter Eggs in the room. There was wine in the mini fridge and some crisps to snack on...as well as coffee, tea, milk etc. The garden is secure and our two dogs loved it. It was just a short walk from town.
We would love to stay again.
Highly recommend.

The room was sparkly clean and very comfortable. The shower was brilliant and toiletries were supplied in abundance. There were plenty of choices for breakfast and it was served beautifully and the staff were lovely, making sure that everything was good for everyone.

The cottage was lovely and once you are there is in a fabulous location. The tight lanes to get to the property can be tricky to navigate especially at night and in the rain. Oncoming traffic can be an issue if there is not a lay-by or pull-in area nearby. It can of course be done with caution and the locals do thank you for reversing to the most appropriate passing place.

We’ve always loved the millbrook inn, so we were very excited to see the cottages become available. The owners have made them stunning and I highly recommend for a relaxing break away from it. So quiet, pretty and comfortable.

Pretty little town with good facilities.
Pretty little town with good facilities. Excellent walks, pubs, restaurants. Lots to do and see around the area.
We dined at Twenty Seven which, although on the expensive side, was excellent. Great way to celebrate a birthday.

Kingsbridge is small but with lots of one-off and quirky shops. Its choice of restaurants is ok, but many have limited opening hours. The town itself is pretty, and relatively quiet compared to more popular Devon destinations.

A lovely town, with something for everyone. would liked to have stayed longer. Accessible to centre of town by small boats........but check tide times as you could become stranded until next high tide!
Lovely surrounding scenic views and ideal for walks and exploring.
Very nice, clean kitchen/diner/lounge and very comfortable bed. Owner was very helpful with providing washing powder as we had been traveling for some time and needed to wash some clothes. Tea and coffee and fresh milk were provided, along with chocolate biscuits. The location is a little bit out of Kingsbridge and up some steep hills so we could take an evening stroll into town, but on the other hand the house backed onto fields and the area was nice and quiet. It was just right for us for two nights.
Absolutely lovely host, a real "bed and breakfast" atmosphere. An easy 15 minute walk from the bus stop in Kingsbridge, or a quick 2 minute taxi ride. The farm and grounds are beautiful and the room itself is massive like a suite. Heated floors in bathroom with a sizeable tub and separate shower. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Kingsbridge.
The host even gave me a ride into town this morning so I didn't have to walk in the rain!
Comfortable & modern furnishings. The property was very clean. Location is excellent as it's central to all of the shops, cafes & restaurants in Kingsbridge & other areas in South Devon. WiFi was good & handy to have Netflix. Although there's no parking, we were able to park with ease in the carpark next to Tesco. You can top up parking easily by using the app.
The location is amazing overlooking the Kingsbridge estuary. Both huts are well sized with a good bed, clean sheets & linen and modcons needed if staying there for the day. The kitchen is well equipped, although we took great advantage of the bbq provided.
The on-site shop was well stocked up so guests didn’t need to drive to the nearest supermarket.
Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean home with exceptionally comfortable beds and bed linen.
A beautiful area in Kingsbridge, with very straight forward and accessible parking.
We used Kingsbridge as a fantastic base to reach the beautiful Salcombe area which worked perfectly.
Would 100% recommend to all.
The surrounding area is very pretty but Kingston looks near to Kingsbridge/Salcombe it is actually much more remote than it looks on the map. Some roads out of village are really narrow and it took a lot longer to travel around area than we expected. Breakfast good. Pub and rooms very quaint and picturesque
Great location, couldn't get enough photos
of the sunsets. The lodge was lovely with large comfy bed and a massive decking area, Tim and Helen were very nice hosts. Very handy for Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Dartmouth and Plymouth. Would definitely go back.
Little Northside is perfectly located in south Devon. It is only a short drive away from lovely beaches and towns yet it feels very secluded.
Ruth and Mike were very welcoming. Ruth’s directions to the cabin were also super helpful.
We liked the quietness in the hotel. That gave us a luxuxy feeling. We were not able to have breakfast in the morning because we had to leave early. The lady owner made a packet for us to take with us with bread drinks and fruits.
the room & particularly the bathroom were lovely. The breakfast was awesome. Host let us come & go and allowed us to use her conservatory which had an amazing view of the estuary. Joan was a really lovely host, truly devonian.
The most beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We were so well looked after by wonderful hosts Chris and Katy. Loved everything about this place- the breakfast, grounds, decor, our room….. all perfect. Will definitely return.
Superb location, set in lovely Devon countryside and close to the stunning coastpath. Donna and Marcus were excellent hosts, making sure I was comfortable and had a everything I needed during my stay.
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Good pubs for evening meals nearby. Quiet location in beautifully maintained house. Spacious bathroom with constant hot water.
Set in glorious peaceful Devon countryside with a perfect host. It did what it said on the tin…..hideaway!!
All the home comforts and more. A lovely welcome too.
Great accommodation in a perfect location to use as a base for exploring South Devon.
Had pretty much everything we needed in terms of equipment / facilities.
