Very clean, a good amount of toilet paper was provided. The staff was extremely nice although not everyone could speak English that well. The communication still worked really well.

Lovely pool and sauna area. Very friendly staff who accommodated every wish. For example making a breakfast package because we had to leave before the buffet opened

When we arrived we found The Hotel was closed and no effort was made to contact us before or at time of check in.
Pisek is known as "Little Prague." It is a lovely, historic town on the Otava River with great restaurants and cafes, a stone bridge that is older than Charles Bridge in Prague, an interesting city museum, and easy access to numerous hiking and bicycling trails. Great castles (e.g. Orlik, Zvikov) are nearby. It was liberated by the US 3rd Army at the end of WWII. Well worth a visit!

I loved everything.
I loved everything. Everything was very convenient to my stay. It had a nice hometown feeling.
My favorite spots were the shops.
The Greek and Pizza restaurants were very good. The rest of the time was spent in the homes of family.
There is a very nice museum..the old castle that is very interesting and excellent, giving a good background of the beginnings of Pisek and surrounding area.
If you have a car, visiting the small villages is a very good choice.
Being a solo traveler did not make me feel uneasy in Pisek. It is a great village to just wander around and get some walking in!

Nice small town with an old city center.
Nice small town with an old city center. It also has the oldest bridge of the country, even older than Charle's Bridge in Prague! Riverside walks are nice as are the people. You'll find a few restaurants and bars, but those are limited due to the size of the town. Nice woods in the hills. Overall good for a stopover and some relaxation.
Great location within the city center with parking just opposite for reasonable price, beautiful church bells ringing :), Italian restaurant down stars so I ordered my dinner there, easy to pick up and hand-over the keys, the attic apartment was new and nicely decorated, simply furnished, very quiet, complimentary tea and coffee, air-conditioning in the room, absolute privacy.
This is a really lovely flat in a great location in Pisek. It's an easy, pleasant walk to the very centre of town. The beds and seating were very comfortable, and we had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. We loved sitting the balcony for breakfast and evening drinks. Viky was friendly, efficient and helpful. I would recommend this flat without hesitation. Thank you, Viky!
The place is exactly as described. Good location, everything that we needed was in the room. Clean bed linen and comfy mattresses. We had a quadruple room, and there was enough space for everyone. Kitchen was next door. Actually, this was the most affordable hotel I could find in Pisek, and it was surprisingly nice.
The location is very close to the city center so perfect for guests that dont stay in the hotel. Also the staff was above helpful. Because of work in another room when i got to the hotel the water was shut off but the staff wrote me an sms to inform me the water was back on 1 hour later.
Hotel was almost empty as it was low season (November) and as a result many of the facilities were not available which is understandable but worth noting. Location is good for outdoor activities in the hills but out of the way if you want the town. Exceptionally cheap so no complaints.
All around best hotel we stayed at in a 14 day tour of Czech Republic. Food was great in restaurant, staff very friendly, facilities were efficient, attractive, modern, clean and spacious. Free parking was a great plus.
Clean, warm, modern apartment that was comfortable and had everything we needed including Nespresso coffee and refreshments in the fridge. The cafe downstairs was also excellent, fantastic waffles.
The continental breakfast was fine, albeit typical chain hotel fare. The sole member of staff we spoke to was friendly and polite, the location was a good starting point for walks through the town.
Great location in the city center with free parking. The apartment was cosy, very clean and comfortable. It is definitely the best place to stay in Pisek.Take the breakfast-it is cheap and worth it.
Putim is a cosy and tidy village with old church and nice people. The apartment is brand new, clean and with generous spaces and spacy kitchen. And with comfortable bedroom. My recommandation.
The location is great, right in the center of the town. The hotel itself is very old and in need of renovation. Breakfast is served in another hotel and it gets very crowded.
