My only complaint would be the bathroom was alittle out dated mostly the tub
And next time id ask for a room away from a main door cause we had people outside our window all night drinking and walking in front of our window.
Value tho for what we got was great. Would stay again.

The Inn was a surprise, we didn't have any expectations but the room was a great size for a family of 4 to share and clean. Staff was friendly.

It is a university town with all the benefits and distractions. Busy downtown loaded with traffic on streets and sidewalks. Lots of food joints with adequate quality of foods. We ate at an average non descript Greek restaurant that felt like we were eating in a dorm cafeteria. The city has f the Walmart and McDonald's to confirm its status and size and may even have a Dollar General.

Total waste of money!
Total waste of money! We booked five rooms for one night and stayed only 7-8 hours. Our experience was far less pleasant than the expectations. All rooms were full of mosquitoes, floor tiles were broken, toilets flush didn’t work.

Great place for staying with family or friends.
Great place for staying with family or friends. There's an indoor pool and hot tub if you want to alternate between cold and hot. The beds are comfortable and clean. If you want to do gym, there's a good little gym with fair enough equipment. Also, the hotel is near to the mall, just needs a walk literally outside the hotel and there you are.

Unfortunately we were there for a funeral.
The city is beautiful and lots of places to eat.
Beaches are great.

i am not please with the Booking.com i wanted to stay 2 night instead of one Booking .com say i could not get a 2nd night called the hotel directly and they said there was no problem and we had to pay booking.com one night and the hotel directly the 2nd night
Parking was a requirement yet they charge you above the cost the room cost for each day parking
The hotel is old and the cost is high for a hotel needing work
the one advantage is the down town location

"The dude in the Nude" were very, no extremely, helpful -- not only for Fredericton but the whole of the surrounding area. Although some things were closed the self guided walking tour with well placed plaques, along with art galleries for the rainy times the trails along the river, & thebeautiful old homes and I got to Thurs.night market. Yes out of prov. free parking ticket. If you take your time lots to do . There are way toooo many choices for eating . Unable to tour play house -graduations going on ,the legislature was in a controversial uproare and something was going on at Christ Church Cathederal so didn't get to see the interior esp stain glass windows. We were in the Carlton Executive Suite (Room #1). The room was big, very bright and clean. The decor was Victorian and very tastefully done. The king-size bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was good. We were given 5 choices, with sweet and savoury options. We just needed to order the night before. Coral and Hao were very friendly. The location is on a quiet street and it is just 5 minutes drive to downtown Fredericton.
The hotel is right on the highway, which was great because we didn't have to go out of our way. We didn't hear the highway in our room, though. The receptionist was friendly and upgraded the room for us from one person to three persons very easily. He also gave us a great restaurant recommendation close by. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use the pool/hot tube that the hotel seems to have, or anything else other than the room.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us when some of our plans went awry. I liked that there was a pool and hot tub. The bedding was comfortable. I liked that breakfast was included. I liked that our room had a kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, a counter space, some cupboard and dishes.) This was helpful for a longer stay. I liked how close we were to uptown Fredericton.
Our host was fantastic! So personable and helpful with attraction and dinner suggestions. Within walking distance of downtown and the historic garrison district. Close to Trans Canada Walking Trail. Wonderful large porch to sit on and enjoy, beautiful surroundings. The rooms are lovely and inviting. Breakfasts were amazing.
This hotel was a very positive experience. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the restaurant in the hotel, very good food. The only thing extra we paid for was the use of the washer and drier. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Fredericton!
Location as always an easy access from and to the Trans Canada Highway. And, being on the outskirts of the city you can avoid all downtown traffic. And location is within walking distance to many restaurants et al. Breakfast is decent enough and dining area roomy.
Motel was very busy and we were lucky to get parking not too far from our room. Hotel is divided into many sections that don't connect. Very confusing. Room was clean, but property dated. Good breakfast available. O.K. for an overnight.
A few restaurants nearby.
Good continental breakfast. Shower water was very soft. Near by food was the best at Irving's Big Stop. Easy access to the Trans Canada Highway.
Room was very clean.
The motel is clean, comfortable, nice beds, nice TV, fridge and microwave. I stay often and it has all the room amenities of a big hotel but for a great low price.
