Irina ja hänen miehensä ottivat meidät vastaan sydämellisesti ja perehdyttivät heti loman alussa lähialueen matkailukohteisiin. Aamupala oli todella monipuolinen ja erikseen tilattava illallinen oli herkullinen laatuviineineen. Hienoa, että majoituskohde käytti lähituottajien todella tuoreita ruokatuotteita ruoanvalmistuksessaan. Omalla autolla kohteesta pääsi kätevästi tekemään päiväretkiä eri puolille Pugliaa. Irina kertoi parhaat rannat ja vinkit mukaviin historiallisiin kaupunkeihin. Päivän retken jälkeen oli ihana pulahtaa virkistäytymään uima-altaaseen. Aivan varmasti palaamme tähän Masseriaan uudelleen.
