סימנו את הטיול שלנו בשווייץ בעירה ציורית המצויה בסוף עמק מרהיב, ומעליה הרים מעל 2000 מטר. הגענו ב 8.00 בערב רעבים ואת פנינו קבלה בחום אישה מקסימה שליוותה אותנו גם בהמשך שהותנו. הצ'יק אין היה מהיר עם המלצה טובה למסעדה לארוחת ערב. לכל אורך ארבעת ימי שהותנו השרות והיחס שקבלנו ממנהלת הקבלה וצוות המלון היה מקצועי, אדיב ומיוחד. מנהלת הקבלה עזרה לנו בכל הקשור לבדיקה הקורונה שהיינו צריכים לעשות לפני הטיסה, התקשרה למקום הבדיקה וסיעה לנו למלא את הטופס באתר. ניכר שצוות המלון מארח במחויבות ומכל הלב. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה, מגוונת בחדר אוכל מרוהט יפה ונוח. החדר היה נקי ומאורגן. הספא של המלון מיוחד, נעים ומרגיע וכולל סאונות, ז'קוזי ופינות מנוחה נוחות. נהנינו מאוד משהייתנו במלון אלכס ומהטיולים בעירה וההרים שסביבה. לא הספקנו להשתמש במעלית הצמודה למלון שמעלה את אורחי המלון לתחנת הרכבל. מקוים לעשות בה שימוש בביקורנו הבא. תודה למנהלת הקבלה ולכל צוות המלון על אירוח חם ומיוחד.
We marked our trip in Switzerland with a picturesque fire located at the end of a spectacular valley, and above it mountains over 2000 meters. We arrived at 8.00 in the evening hungry and were warmly welcomed by a lovely woman who accompanied us well into our stay. The check in was quick with a good restaurant recommendation for dinner. Throughout our four days of service and the treatment we received from the reception manager and hotel staff was professional, courteous and special. The reception manager helped us with everything related to the corona check we had to do before the flight, called the checkpoint and helped us fill out the form on the website. It is evident that the hotel staff hosts with commitment and wholeheartedly. The breakfast was delicious, varied in a beautifully and comfortably furnished dining room. The room was clean and organized. The hotel's spa is special, cozy and relaxing and includes saunas, hot tubs and comfortable relaxation areas. We really enjoyed our stay at the Alex Hotel and the walks and the surrounding mountains.
