In the charming town of Borjomi, a cable car offered a brief escape into nature's embrace. As it ascended, clean mountain air filled the cabins, carrying the fragrance of pine trees. The panoramic views revealed lush landscapes and the famous Borjomi mineral springs. Bathed in sunlight, the town's beauty left an indelible mark on passengers' hearts, making each cable car ride a journey into enchantment

Borjomi is a very small town with the main draw being the mountains and the park. 2 full days should be more than enough, even shorter if you use the jeep or pickup service instead of hoofing it on foot.
It also has a quaint little museum which details the history of the area in specific and has more of a focus on the wild life, contrasted with the more historical focus of other major Georgian museums.

A very beautiful town sitting in the bottom of a deep valley with actual sparkling water (yes it's carbonated) coming directly from the ground at several springs. Beautiful waterfalls, naturally hot sulphur spring baths and and a gorgeous river that wends its way through the deep ravine and forest in which Borjomi sits. Anyone from Russia will know Borjomi for its sparkling water but as a westerner, I had never heard of it.
The town is well worth a couple of days visit and has a rich and deep history. Whilst you are on your way there from Tbilisi, plan an afternoon stop at the cave town of Uplistsikhe too.

Borjomi is a beautiful town with views of the river and the surrounding mountains. It doesn't have many restaurants, I would recommend 'My House'.
It suits people that like to hike, there are multiple day hikes or longer hikes from Borjomi itself and the close villages.

Nothing much to see there other than the 4x4 mountain ride which i definitely recommend and the visit to the nature park.
If you love donuts, look for this shop called Rio and try the georgian donuts from there.
We loved our experience at Besarioni. It was my favourite place from the whole trip to Georgia. Super friendly family who welcomed us and offered us a lot of tips on what to do. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with home made pancakes and an amazing omelette. I was even offered a fresh mint tea as an alternative to coffee. Host offered to take us on a day trip and took care of us for the whole day- which was a bargain for the money! We were even gifted with a bottle of home made wine. It felt like visiting a family, not a hotel stay!
Cozy place near Borjomula river and entrance to the "Borjomi Central Park".
Suits are not that spacious, but comfortable and also have terrace with chairs and table. Decent breakfasts.
I highly recommend you to enjoy a dinner at the small restaurant in a hotel's yard: "Dimitri’s Wine Cellar and Restaurant". Dimitri is very a very heart-warming person, food and wine are very tasty! Prices are very reasonable.
Also music playlist is very cool! Unobtrusive fashionable electronic music.
It is a beautiful, renovated and well-apportioned hotel with large grounds and beautiful scenery. Since it is a spa, it boasts a pool, jacuzzi and sauna rooms. The saunas - especially the Hamam and the Finnish saunas were wonderful. The Georgian Restaurant on the top floor was quite good. In general, it felt like a location hotel and spa where you could easily spend three or four days.
The hotel exceeded my expectation compared to its price. Staff are polite and helpful. There is a worker called Anna. I liked her cooperation and politeness. I enjoyed conversation with her. If I get back to Borjomi, I will get back to this hotel. The resident will have a feeling of family environment.
Again, if I get back to Borjomi, I will get back to this hotel.
The owner is kind, the place is clean (at least now, more on this later…), and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the common area is spacious. I was glad to see that the restroom and bathroom are two separate rooms, as in Georgia, it is common to have it together with no curtain or anything to protect the room from being completely flooded.
I think that what we liked the most was the breakfast. You can notice the effort of the staff and the quality of the breakfast. We were 7 days in Georgia in several types of hotels and on this day at Borjomi, we had the best breakfast. The view of the hotel is nice, the bathroom furniture was good quality, nice design as well. And the personal was very friendly.
Location was great and everything we wanted to do and see in the city was within walking distance. The breakfast was great and everyone was friendly and responsive. The room and bathroom were clean. The location of the hotel is at the end of a street, so it was really quiet. Wed definitely return to this hotel if we visit Borjomi again.
Your stay in Georgia will be incomplete unless you experience true Georgian hospitality at Milano Palace! David went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. The hotel is conveniently located, the room is spacious and beds were really comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat!
Great place in a close proximity to the central park and the key attractions. Definitely right value for money. Simple but comfortable rooms, clean and nice. Absolutely wonderful staff and owner - this is a real famous Georgian hospitality. Can recommend to anyone!
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. We only stayed for 1 night during our road trip through Georgia, but it was just what we needed. Very comfortable, large room with a view, 2 bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend!
I really enjoyed Staying at the Borjomi Classic Hotel. The place looks even more beautiful in person. It has a traditional look yet still feels modern. The owner was very warm, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good as well.
Lovely brand new hotel where I had the most comfortable bed in my whole trip in Georgia. It is very well located, close to the park and the central street. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We had great time in Borjomi
Best location in borjomi. You can walk during the day to enjoy the weather and the green views. Also, you can walk in the night to visit the shops and the coffee shops that are located in the same area.
Amazing service, very helpful stuff, perfectly clean.
Great location, little busy but the hotel has perfect noise isolation.
Thanks to David we now do know what the Georgian hospitality means!
