OMG! Wanted to stay close to the airport as my flight was very early. Don't remember when I saw something like this. Rude girls at reception. I got room in building number 2 - room definitely not 4 star, maybe 2 star - very basic furniture, bed was terrible, doors even when closed still with some gap to corridor. Dirty corridors in the hotel, dirty elevator. I went for a lunch to a restaurant close to the hotel and after one hour from check-in I checked-out and went to another hotel.

Beautiful property which gorgeous well planned pool villas. My partner and I really enjoyed the privacy of the villa but also the public pools and daybeds. We stayed for one night and took advantage of both pools in the afternoon and morning after. The gym was new and looked fabulously equipped so will definitely try it next time. Breakfast was good, there was enough on offer but as we only stayed one night not sure if they rotate food. You could also order eggs to the table and other hot meals (however this was not that obvious - we only happened to stumbled on the menu). It is in Mai Khao which is away from a lot of shops and built up areas - but if that’s what you’re after then it’s a great retreat. They provide nice touches- like beach bag for use in the room, and insect repellent (a must for me!) We will definitely be back when returning to Thailand.

We loved everything at this place. The location is superb, in a quiet area, great for relaxing and having a good time. The hotel offers push bikes, and we went for a lovely ride around the area for dinner - but if you decide to eat at the hotel’s restaurant (and we recommend so!), the beef massaman is fantastic! Staff was lovely, accomodating, and went above and beyond to help us: since booking some attractions for us, allowing us a late checkout so we could enjoy some activities, until sorting me a insect repellent! Comfy bed, great shower, lovely space.
