The walking paths are great, numerous, marked, some are quite easy and anyone can hike them, but others might be a bit more difficult. The nature, fresh air, surroundings and views are all excellent. There's not much to do in the village, but there are several restaurants and a big playground for children, a small church, and souvenir shops. Local market is small, but nice for buying locally made jams, honey, cheese, etc. I've been to Divcibare on 3 occassions, always in summer, it's a great place to avoid the city heat and have an active vacation, with lots of hiking.

Well there is really nothing much to see there during the summer... City center is just a church and some kids playground with some shops and restaurants (which are not so great ether)... It is good if you want to experience nice walks, hiking, clean air, relaxation, and nice scenery, but otherwise, I suggest you to visit Zlatibor or Kopaonik, or Tara mountain.

    Divčibare are excellent mountain resort.

Divčibare are excellent mountain resort. Clean air, high altitude, lots of mountain trails for hiking. Smell of pine trees :) Also I bet it's pretty good for winter also. Now the bad stuff - restaurants quality is really bad, food is bad, staff is completely aloof and not interested and there is not much choice for eating out. Two exceptions are "Pepa Hotel" and "Divčibarski zamak" they have nice food with friendly staff. Caffe and bar options are good. Big respect for "Radov Vajat " caffe, staff was extra friendly. Also there is only one grocery store and they have basic stuff, so if you want to cook, meat and other goods are difficult to find.

Beautiful nature, extremely poor food supplies.

Beautiful nature, extremely poor food supplies. One very small and poor open market, one supermarket and one poor bakery. That’s it. If you have a healthy lifestyle when it comes to food, it will be difficult for you to stay there. Poor restaurants as well. Pharmacy is open just one day a week-wednesday, and you must pre-order medicine! Strange place.
