Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig vertskap. Rommet hadde vannkoker, og raust med kaffe, te og snacks. Vi fikk ha maten vår i deres kjøleskap, og de hjalp oss med transport til stasjonen. Sentralt beliggende i den koselige landsbyen. Nationalt motormuseum og palasset var en opplevelse.

Dette verneverdige hotellet ligger i High Street, kun 450 meter fra kjøpesenteret West Quay og under 1,5 km fra Southampton sentralstasjon.

I utgangspunktet et sjarmerende hotel midt i smørøyet og med kort vei til alt. Det fremstod relativt rent og sengetøyet luktet fantastisk! personalet var kjempe sjarmerende. gjestene på hotellet var generelt høflige og hyggelige. en tilfeldig mann hjalp til å bære kofferter opp trappene
