I landed in the middle of the night at the airport, with hours of delay, and staff was kindly waiting for me at their hotel's desk at the airport. The desk was very easy to find. Also, staff went over and above any expectation to help me sort out a personal issue. I am very greatful! I highly recommend the hotel!
