The breakfast at 25th floor is great quality and service. We stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, yet this one is one of the top hotels.

Want to say special thank to the male staff working on the lower lobby on the 23/2 who helped me and my aunt with directions to the shuttle bus station. You were amazing! ❤️

We checked-in to Conrad Macao a day after my birthday and yet a keen eyed guest services team managed to catch it and sent a beautiful cake and well wishes the very next day. UNBELIEVABLE!!
