Mostly the person behind the desk was delightful, personable, helpful and great. Also we got to try out the kicksled (sparks) in the neighborhood that evening which was a memorable and fun experience and so easy because it was right there. Also very helpful is the free parking right by the hotel. Hurrah!

We liked everything: the spotless clean room and bathroom, the breakfast with fruit and vegetables (and cheeses, ham, eggs, yogurt, marmalade, ...), the balcony with sea view, the staff, the Thai restaurant at the ground floor. The restaurant closes at 9pm (kitchen at 8:30pm). The rooms are at the first floor above the restaurant. From the balcony, where there is a table with chairs, you get inside a small common area where there is a shared fridge, gratuities coffee, tea, biscuits and fruits. Our room was comfortable and very nicely decorated, Norwegian, but colourful.

Terrasse was very good as we spent there time during the eves. Also fishing was easy to do ;). Very good place to accommodate and explore the surroundings nearby in Varanger area. We can warmly recommend this place and for sure we´ll be back some day.
