Convenient location to tram, restaurants and grocery store. It was great that there was a washing machine available and drying racks. The balcony was great.

The receptionists were very helpful. They were well prepared with maps on which they marked Christmas markets and the closest trams. They also provided Basel cards which were helpful when moving around the city. The room was big, tidy and included a kitchenette ( the kettle, combined with the tea bags from reception kept us warm). Also there are other appliances in the lobby that you could borrow. The buffet breakfast was quite diverse (having the option to make fresh orange juice was appreciated).

The apartment looks amazing, exactly like in the pictures advised. The tram station is 3 min walking. Quiet, safe and peaceful place regarding the location. The cleanness of the apartment exceeded expectations! I was literally walking with white socks inside the apartment and no stain found on my socks at the end of the day. Also, amazing ambiance and cooking facilities for a nice family dinner! Thank you, for accepting our staying!

Odlično in prijazno osebje, ki je podalo vse potrebne informacije za obisk mesta Basel in bližnjih krajev. Možnost parkiranja avtomobila na zasebnem parkirišču, saj je v okolici težko dobiti parkirno mesto. Vsak dan nas je pričakala dobrodošlica v obliki palačink ali peciva. Odlična lokacija hotela le 50 m od meje s Švico ter tramvaja številka 11, ki odpelje v center mesta. Pes je dobrodošel v hotelu, v bližini je dovolj zelenic in parkov za sprehode.

The room was big with a Queen size bed and a private toilet. The room was well decorated and it had a small fridge and heating was great. The location of the hotel is 1 minute from the train station and it's in a great location. I really liked how Marc(the person that has the hotel) treated me. He was kind and understanding to every request I had and he tried to do all the requests I gave to him, believe me, I asked a lot 😅. Lastly, I have to say that the way we can check-in and check-out without speaking to anyone is something I really appreciate and I really like the idea. It gives you the privacy you need. Thank you for the great experience, I will surely come back again 😁
