Absolutely loved our stay in Ponta Delgada! The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and wellequipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Claudio and Paulo provided phenomenal attention to detail, and we extended our stay to experience another one of their properties, which was also great.

La Vila Emigrante ofrece alojamiento en Capelas, a 3,9 km de Pico do Carvao y a 8 km de Lagoa Verde. Diana, as a Host was extremely efficient, accommodating and kind hearted Host. She was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in replying. Her directions to the location were amazing and she walked me through the cabin and and the grounds to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. She even left a lovely gift basket of local treats which was very thoughtful and showed how proud she is of her home country and wants to share that with her guests. Very, very special. The cabin location was amazing with a great view of the village and the ocean with a lovely outdoor covered veranda to sit and eat and take in the view. The kitchen was efficient and well stocked with all you needed to have morning tea or coffee and to cook and make a meal. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could sit out, even in the rain and watch the sunset and in the morning have coffee and watch the sunrise. The Village has some great sights to take in as well as being a great location to drive to other areas with lots of great scenery along the way. The people in the Village are so lovely and social and make you feel like you are part of the community. There are a few local cats and they were the gentlest and sweetest and would come by for visits which was quite nice during the evenings. I highly recommend it for single travelers, couples, and or families.

Los departamentos Whales Bay Hotel están situados en Capelas, São Miguel, a 10 minutos en auto de Ponta Delgada. Se encuentran a 12 km del aeropuerto y a 300 metros de las piscinas naturales. el trato del personal era increíble , la limpieza del hotel a destacar te limpian una vez durante la estancia pero no necesitas mas . Había una recepcionista super simpática y super amable con mi hijo , estaban todo el rato pendiente de que no nos faltara nada . Te dejan toallas para ir a la piscina sin deposito . También había un espacio. de juego para los niños que si hay mal tiempo viene muy bien pasar allí un ratito . Bueno para mi todo perfecto

Elegimos este alojamiento por ubicación en el centro de la isla y por los comentarios de olor a humedad de otros sitios. Estaba muy bien equipado (lavadora, tendedero, pequeño congelador en la nevera, secador de pelo, terraza, barbacoa (aunque no la usamos), parking), limpieza impecable y tranquilidad absoluta. El personal muy amable. Repetiría sin duda

We got full information about how to arrive at the apartment in late hours in advance. It was possible to order breakfast and to choose dishes. The apartment hotel is new, modern and very clear. There is an excellent spa inside. The staff is very helpful.

Good location - very, very close to the ocean. Tasty breakfast, spacious balcony with the sea view and lots of car spaces outside the hotel.
