The room is all you need in Lipsi. Excellent sea view where you can enjoy the breeze. You can walk to Lientou beach and the village in less than 5’. There is also a really nice bar next to the place. The room is clean with a fully equipped kitchenette. The host is the most friendly person I’ve ever met. He treated us with local fruits and helped us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

Our second time staying here, it has a large balcony that is like an outdoor living room, can see all the ferries coming and going. Close walk to the town beach. Next to a nice restaurant and the ouzo bar on the corner is the best one.

Everything was perfect. They sent us a taxi to the port in order to transfer us to the studio. The breakfast was perfect and it served in the garden. I will recommend it to my friends and it will be my first choice if any time I travel to the island.
