Studio was spacious and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities like a coffee machine etc. You could prepare a basic meal if you wished. Everything was very clean. Decoration was modest but of good taste. Our host was very helpful. It was close to new and old Carlovasi at walking distance. Overall it was good value for money. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend it.

An amazing, quiet, and serene place with a magnificent mountain view. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. My six-foot-tall son fit perfectly on the pull-out sofa. Konstantida and Manolis were very friendly and were extremely helpful on the day of our arrival, for which we are especially grateful. On the day we arrived, there were delicious fruits, wine, and other local products. The house is equipped with everything one might need during a vacation: from a sewing kit to an ironing board and fumigator. The cookware looked as if it was barely used. Both rooms had air conditioners.

We visited Jennys apartment 14 days between 19/8 to 2/9. The host pair was very nice. We enjoyed the garden very much. The beds were the best we ever had in Greece. It takes only one minute to go to the beach. We enjoyed our time at Jennys apartment and will come and visit it again.

The house with the garden and the view are absolutely amazing!! I could have sat on that terrace with a book and a glass of wine forever. The owners were incredibly nice, it's far from the tourist hotspots which I really loved, but there are two small paths down to small beaches, so it only takes you a minute to get to the sea. Very strongly recommended if you are looking for a bit of calm and relaxation!! Kitchen is equipped well enough to cook a simple meal and if you are looking for some company, the familys very friendly dog and cat are always happy to see you :)

I had the best room on this property, with a private and very spacious balcony where I could watch both sunrise and sunset and had both sea and mountain views. The kitchenette had all the amenities I needed to cook. The location is perfect if looking for a quiet place away from the crowds, with a nice beach just at a footstep and a fish tavern. It's about 2 miles walking from Karlovasi city and it's best to do it in the early morning. Otherwise, there are buses passing nearby that take you to Karlovasi center, I could find the schedule here: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063587020122 Attention that to buy food only in Karlovasi city center. Very welcoming and kind hosts! The place is run by a retired couple, he would often bring me food from their garden and Angelica took me in her car to food shopping on my second day as I didn't have any transport and didn't know about the buses.
