Also as we are going to spend my friend's birthday there I told her . She surprised us with a card, very good champagne and chocolate! The room was perfect, everything clean, fragrant and organized! There were products in the bathroom, even feminine absorbents and makeup cleanser! There was even a hairdryer, towels, everything!!! Perfect and fair price! The property and customer service are absolutely stunning! If Booking would have an 100 stars rating, I would have chosen that. The apartment is extremely clean throughout, very nicely decorated, warm and cosy. The host was very prompt, always available and in absolutely everything it shows they are going the extra mile to please the client. From the building entrance all the way to the apartment you have a 5* hotel feeling. Compared to some properties I've recently booked in Brasov this is by very far the best. It does give a "home away from home" experience a whole new level of meaning. We were speechless at the quality of the appliances, furnishings, even the shower gels and soap smell divine. If you found this property available, don't hesitate another second to book it.

First of all the host is very friendly and helpful. Few minor issues occurred while we were staying but the host resolved them very quickly, if something happens he replies very fast. The apartment was nice, clean, amazing views from the balcony. It is situated near the center but it is a little uphill. All in all everything was great, would stay again.

We liked this apartment so much that we were sorry to leave this apartment, because it was very comfortable, like our own. the owners thought through everything to the smallest detail. The apartment has all the household appliances and more: toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, TV, kettle, hair dryer, oven, stove. There is a clothes dryer. Full of closets. Cozy mirror lighting in the bathroom. 2 toilets. Balcony. Very pleasant atmosphere of the apartment, very bright. Clean bedding and towels. Delicious coffee from a home coffee machine. Excellent location - 25 minutes by car from Poiana Brasov. 2 minutes from Lidl market, 6 minutes from Decathlon and metro. the owner of the apartment was always happy to help. Highly recommend and will definitely come back! Thank you very much for everything
