Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area.... I couldn’t even get until my room after being beaten and robbed as there’s no staff. And I was needing to charge my phone and get to hospital. They just have an intercom, I told him everything. I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

All the details with luxury (lots of light, excellent quality towels, shower powerful, all new and fresh). The landlord with excellent communication, available, very kind. it was one of the best flats I stayed with.

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

Location is good as well and has nearby public transportation, supermarkets, cafes/restaurants within walking distance. While on the main road, the windows are well insulated.

Boasting city views, R213 Residences Botanique offers accommodation with balcony, around 1 km from Belgian Comics Strip Center. Good location, also close to a public transport and supermarket. An appartment was very spacious,clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Highly recommended!

It was really big, clean and comfortable. Perfect for family or group of friends. The location is really good, super nice neighborhood close to the European parliament. We didn't have any contact with the host during our stay, everything was working perfectly.
