A perfect place to spend a few days in wonderful quiet country surroundings with fabulous views yet close to the interesting mediaeval village of St Ursanne. We just took the room (not an appartment) - but spacious and comfortable with fridge, microwave and necessary utensils for being independant. We didn't have a balcony off the room itself but had access to one just across the hall and outside too. Benefitted from Jeanne's excellent table d'hôte one evening too. Most highly recommended !!

Welcoming of the host was warm and nice, making sure we were feeling comfortable in the home from the very beginning - including some welcoming chocolate and great explanations on the activities in the surroundings. The house is wonderful: modern, very well equipped and large surfaces. Bed were very comfortables as well. And the great plus is the hut in the garden that we used for barbecue ! A great value for money, one of my bests stays I ever had on Booking - highly recommended, everything was perfect.

The very friendly host met us up just outside the house, showed us up to and around inside the the apartment, including where things are and among others how the TV and coffee machine is working. The kitchen was well equipped and had a cheese cutter for the local "Tete de Moine" cheese inside the fridge. The apartment was very clean and has a rustic interior, and we used the maps with hiking routes in the surroundings, which were in one of the drawers. Extra plus for location since it's very close to the train station, and mostly calm and quite.
