Great central location but very peaceful. Gianfranco was very helpful and friendly and his recommendation of Trattoria Due Gemelli was fantastic- delicious food. Highly recommend staying here..

The location was perfect. It was right in the old city centre and within reach of the festivities in the city. Hosts were very welcoming.

The apartment is very spacious, you have everything you need, even the kitchen. The lady that rents the place was really nice. You have maybe 10 mins by car to the center.

It is very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for breakfast and more. There is private parking for the car, as for the host Annalisa, I have only nice words, kind and very helpful. We will definitely come back. I recommend this location.

Situated just 2.3 km from Giulianova Beach, Smart and Sea provides accommodation in Tortoreto Lido with access to free bikes, a terrace, as well as a lift. Security at car park was great and a lift to apartment was a huge help. Very modern and spacious apartment with the best bed I have slept in in Italy!! Not too far from beachfront so able to go for long walks. Lovely open beaches without chalets which makes a nice change. Will be back x
