Prior to arrival, we were guided how to reach apartment from Florence airport and they were constantly in touch with us till we reach there. Also they guided for all ours and tourist attractions in florence and nearby florence. The good part is that they have the reception so it was good to contact them in office hours. Very spacious apartment, basic condiments provided on arrival (coffee, tea). Location is central to all main attractions and plenty of bars & restaurants on the door step. Apartment was very quiet xonsidering the central location, although we were on the 5th floor sonthat nay have helped. Staff were extremely friendly
