The apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to bars and restaurants. The steam shower was an added bonus! Riccardo was friendly, extremely responsive, and helpful. He provided local recommendations, to include a restaurant recommendation, which was excellent! The name of the restaurant is called “Il Cantinone.” We would definitely recommend this apartment, and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in Perugia in the future!

The location couldn’t be better, all the best restaurants and beautiful landmarks are on the doorstep and the mini metro a few minutes walk. The super clean apartment is managed by an excellent host. So very helpful right from the start helping with luggage and getting settled. The location is directly across from Santa Chiara, Saint Clare Basilica. So location is extremely good, right on the main street leading from Santa Chiara to San Francesco Basilica. Restaurants, coffee bars, shops, scenic overlooks are all nearby. Apartment has a lovely terrace to sit and relax, view of Rocco Maggiore, and it is well equipped, including a washing machine. Perfect for a short or long stay. Highly recommend apartment and host.

Everything was amazing! The apartment is very clean, has a lot of space and the host was very friendly. There was everything that we needed and the surroundings are very quiet and calm. You can even see the stars in the night. If you want to travel around Tuscany, it's a place we totally recommend!
