The main room was fantastic. Staff very kind. Greeted and treated very well. My mum had a problem with her spectacles and the ladies spent a lot of time helping to fix them. When they couldnt do it it they organised somebody to take the glasses to an optics store to get fixed. They were delivered back to us within half an hour. No charge. It was very nice and very much appreciated. Good people.

WH Bassac Residence is situated in the Chamkar Mon district of Phnom Penh, 1.1 km from Aeon Mall Phnom Penh, 1.2 km from Chaktomouk Hall and 1.9 km from Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition... I really have no complaints. The bed is sooo comfortable. The AC is perfect. You get your own washer. It is a functional apartment for far less cost than virtually all hotels in the area. The staff speak good English and are very polite. They provided me with a microwave which I really appreciated. I keep extending my stay because I don’t want to leave!
