It is a very good place, if you look for an authentic village. It is managed by the local women association, and it is managed well. All is clean and well-kept. Good local food. The village is very quiet. The view is spectacular and the sunsets are idyllic. The village nightlife concentrates around a shop run by Antonio and it is a good place to meet the villagers. The breathtaking view was much better than we had imagined from the pictures. The dinner was also fantastic and the breakfast. We loved to stay there and the girl at the front desk was so lovely and friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

Sissi was very friendly and accommodating. The guest house was quiet and conveniently located. The breakfasts were hardy, and she allowed me to eat early one day, so I could catch an early ferry. Sissi even set up my aluguer. I would highly recommend a visit.

Great location, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, and super friendly staff. David and the girls will go out of their way to help you have a nice stay. I spent four nights there, and it was a perfect base to explore the island from, and a relaxing place to return to after a long day of hiking. Highly recommended.

Spacious rooms, private bathroom, friendly staff and daily breakfast was great. The location was also within walking distance to great restaurants.

Amazing staff. The girls were so kind and helpful and David speaks English super well and was very prompt to answer any questions I had about the local area and b&b. Absolutely recommend staying here if you’re in ponta do sol. WiFi is also decently fast for Cape Verde standards. Super clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was also delicious every morning.

Casa BB&Djassi felt like home - with big thanks to the ladies who take amazing care of the house and their guests, Talyna, Djenny and Ana. The rooms are comfortable, the location great and it was just a happy place to be. I’m not the only one who extended my stay while there! Communication was also excellent - with the team accommodating my request for good internet in my room, as well as providing multiple options to work across the house. I’ll definitely be back. The room - spacious, modern, and comfortable. The location - in the heart of Ponta do Sol and close to the beginning of the trek to Cruzinha. The staff - The ladies on staff were very nice and helpful; David the manager was a gracious and accommodating host. He went out of his way to call 4 separate restaurants for me to ask if they had food after I came out of a work stupor at 3pm realizing I was starving! The breakfast - a variety of choices to fill you up prior to your hike.
