A perfect location - few minutes away from the Amstredam Centraal, but very, very quite with a nice canal view right in front of the doors and good places to have breakfast / lunch just around the corner (or, across the bridge - to be more precise) . The room is not too big. In fact, it's quite ascetic - though there is a private bathroom with shower and bed is very comfortable - much better comparing to well known hotel chains in Europe. The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

It was conveniently situated near some of Amsterdam's most iconic attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Whether I was strolling along the picturesque canals or visiting world-class museums, everything was within easy reach. In summary, my stay at this Amsterdam accommodation was an absolute delight💯: the cozy and pleasant room, excellent service, and prime location combined to create a memorable experience. Hans our host was exceptional, went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He gave us lots of information on places to visit that was invaluable. He even took us to the ferry when we left. I would absolutely recommend. The breakfasts were outstanding and so much more than we expected.

Everything was absolutely delightful. The room, breakfasts, the host was so friendly and welcoming. The property is 30 minutes away by train from centre but the station is very near so it was very easy to get to the centre and back. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. Franz is an amazing host, he was very kind and helpful.
