Very spacious, easy to find as both the host and I use 'What3words' Very quite location excellent, small village with pub and restaurant (although we didn't visit) Secure parking outside property gate closed for the evening. Huge comfy bed and settee for watching TV. I especially like the do it yourself breakfast. Would definitely stay again when visiting the NEC.

Attention to detail, with there being a fridge in the room which was stocked with fresh milk, wine, beer etc. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The owners were very welcoming and nothing was any trouble.

The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. It was quiet, easy to find, and had a lovely local pub and local farm shop which is worth a visi. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Set in Daventry, Catesby Barn Farm B&B features a shared lounge, garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available. Have traveled substantially in last 50 years, it's the best hotel experienced as the land gave her best to design the room and toilet and also made very delicious breakfast. Thanks for her effort.
