Tucked away in tranquil countryside, Church Farm Lodge offers 4-star luxury accommodation in 3 large, converted barns. There is free Wi-Fi and ample parking. I absolutely loved my stay- the family are so friendly, taking time to chat & show interest in my journey, stay & family who I was visiting. The farm is lovely , the service ( nothing is too much trouble), the comfort and the breakfast is outstanding.

Hugh and Anabelle communicated with us before we arrived and offered to book a table at the nearby pub. They also assured us there was a safe place to store our large tandem bicycle. On arrival we felt most welcome (almost like long lost relations!) The Annexe was beautifully appointed with absolutely EVERYTHING we could need or want. The bed was extra comfy and the bathroom and whole place spotlessly clean and neat. We wished we had booked for longer and were reluctant to leave.

Attention to detail, with there being a fridge in the room which was stocked with fresh milk, wine, beer etc. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The owners were very welcoming and nothing was any trouble.

We stayed in the coach house, so outside the main house. There was a tiny kitchen with nespresso/microwave/kettle facilities and a tiny breakfast bar area to sit at, if you wanted to eat there. Very tastefully decorated room, boutique hotel standard. The bed was divine, the bathroom had a gorgeous rain shower and beautiful tiling. The house is beautiful and in a very pretty little village. Ideal as a stop over on your way somewhere and also as a base for visiting places in the region. The owners are very charming and friendly, respecting your space and also very accommodating regarding food allergies.

Set in Daventry, Catesby Barn Farm B&B features a shared lounge, garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available. The lady owning the B&B was wonderful and the breakfast was very good. Complimentary water was appreciated, as well.
