This place is spectacular. I wish we had stayed 2 nights. James was wonderful and very passionate about the house. I think he did most of the restoration himself and it appears he runs the place himself. It was really a special experience. The house is beautifully furnished and the grounds are big, lush, and green. James cooked us our breakfast while we all sat in the kitchen at a big table. He greeted us on the front steps and had drinks ready in the drawing room. We had a 2 room suite and it was over the top fun to stay in them! I would stay here again any day.

When first checking in I was presented with the breakfast menu for the following days. It had a variety of options but as I was mostly using public transport I stuck eating cereal. It is also perfectly situated halfway between the train station and the main street, with a multi-story car park and cinema across the street.

Everything about the property, from our lovely hostess Trish, the cozy beds, and homemade bread at breakfast made us feel at home. I loved the property and amenities offered. Our room was well stocked with lots of delicious snacks. I will 100% stay again and longer next time instead of just a pass through.

Set in the Valley of Stradbally, Fitz Of Inch - Self Catering House and Barns is located in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. It was a dream.. absolutely amazing accomodation.. large kitchen with a lot of equipment, nice and clean room and bathroom. Everything there is so stylish, so beautiful. I cannot describe it, you must stay there. Staff very kind, local dogs lovely..very recommended!
