Not to mention Nicky was an absolute gem of a host. Made us feel comfortable and welcome as soon as arrived.

We were able to unwind and relax in a super comfortable room with amazing views out over the garden which features rocky outcrops which adjoin the labyrinth rock special site next door. The spa pool was so relaxing after a long day pf travel and we slept like babies in the quiet room with windows open and cool Takaka breeze. Hosts were perfect, very informative but also respectful of your space and privacy. Having laundry and kitchen facility was added bonus to an already amazing property. We can't wait to return. The owners were also kind enough to let us charge our EV (pre-arranged) which is a tremendous convenience to start the day recharged,

Tophouse Historical Inn Bed and breakfast ligger 34 km från Rainbow Valley och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en terrass samt restaurang. Almost everything. To start with, the place is located in a peaceful and beautiful area. It has extraordinary vibe. Bathrooms were shared with other visitors but they were very clean and spacious. We appreciated the breakfast - there was also an option for non-sweet breakfast which hardly ever happens in New Zealand. Hosts are very kind and friendly. They shared their stories with us and told us many interesting things about their life and New Zealand. They have a small bar in that place. If you decide to stay here, you should definitely visit it.

Our stay here was great, the room had everything we needed and was really comfortable and spacious. Our host couldn't have been more helpful and we were only a short walk into the town centre. Perfect base to go explore Abel Tasman!

Chalet Karaka was absolutely delightful - a hidden gem, tucked away in a beautiful, tranquil bushy setting with a small picturesque stream running at the bottom of the garden. The shower was fantastic - excellent pressure with a lovely glass side looking out onto the private garden and stream. The room was spacious and well appointed and the icing on the cake was the generous outdoor undercover living area/deck complete with a Weber for all your barbecue requirements. Ngairie, our host, was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Appleby House & Rabbit Island Huts erbjuder 2 olika typer av boende och ligger mellan Richmond och Mapua, på vägen till nationalparken Abel Tasman. The glamping tent was awesome. Secluded spot, away from the rest of the accomodation. The view was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!
