Excellent safe location with easy access to Metro bus, taxis etc. The host was super hospitable, friendly and gave great advice in terms of places to see. Breakfast was superb, lots of fresh fruits and eggs made to request. I later realised the host checked what the guests prefer and then went early to market to get the items fresh. The room was quite large, clean and comfortable. The bed was fine. Staying here made me feel as if I was staying with friends and I felt very secure. It contributed immensely to my enjoyment of Lima which seems to be full of wonderful people like Guadalupe. Also there is a souvenir market just 20 m. down the same street on the opposite side of the road. A bit further away is a little market that sells fresh fruit, vegetables and household goods. Many little restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Convenient! Many thanks to the host for helping me feel at home.

Everything, the room was really nice, the entire place is fabulous and the breakfast was wonderful. Can't complain on anything because my stay was perfect! The place at the top where the guests can do breakfast and relax is set up perfectly, nice colors, nice tables and chairs to stay from morning to night! The owners are really nice they let us try everything from local cuisine during breakfast and talked a bit about the neighbourhood. If in the future I'll be back in Lima this place will be my first, second and third option among the ones I tried on my last trip!

Very comfortable place. We arrived at 4/5AM and the owner was awake for us. Breakfast was lovely. Nice room. They even made a little breakfast to go when we left early in the morning.

Boasting a bar and a shared lounge, ANA FRANK Boutique Hotel is situated in Lima, 700 meters from Huaca Pucllana and 300 meters from Kennedy Park. Nice location in Miraflores with a few good restaurants nearby. Relatively quiet street and the room had decent soundproofed windows. Frank was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Made us coffee at 5am because we had an early check out. We arrived very early in the morning with a flight and the room was ready for us, long before the official check in. That was great.

We came to Pucusana for diving and had one of our best dives ever! We could swim along sea lions and a lot of other wildlife underwater. The apartment itself was beautiful as well. The couple is so welcoming and try everything to make you feel the most comfortable 😊 Also the view from the terrace was incredible! We would definitely love to come back! See you soon 😊
