The closet where you can get an extra shampoo etc was really nice because with four a small bottle of shampoo goes quick.

This accommodation was by far the nicest on our entire Indian Summer road trip. The interior is incredibly beautiful, with love for detail. The rooms are fantastic and everything is in extremely clean condition. But the best thing about this accommodation is the kindness of the owners. Incredibly good service, amazingly nice and give tips to explore the location. Hardly ever had such a great place to stay on our many trips. Unfortunately we were only there one night on our trip. But we will be back and then stay longer and make day trips from there to the area. Greetings from Austria to Kennebunk ;)

Our room (2) was a good size and tastefully furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the fluffy towels were changed daily. Breakfast was beautifully presented in picnic hamper and delivered by Francoise, our gracious host, either to our room or set up in the garden, depending on the weather. It contained yoghurt, granola and stewed apple together with a warm scone and jams.

Alla rum på Spaer Inn Bed and Breakfast är byggda i kolonialstil från 1832 och har havsutsikt från alla rum. One of the best B & B's we stopped in on our New England adventure. Our room the Focsle although compact was comfortable, clean and had a view of the beach and seafront. The breakfasts were excellent with a different menu each morning cooked freshly to order. Both Mark and Tracy are great hosts and include many extras which makes a stay here exceptional. They are easy to get on with and have a good knowledge of the area, where to go and what to see. There are good fish restaurants within easy walking distance and more a short car journey away. It's rare to find a property of this high standard in such a peaceful location so my advice is go here and enjoy, you won't be disappointed.
