Friends who missed you and make everything to please you and make you feel at home! Nature around the property is wonderful and beautiful! It is a dream to those who enjoy a good hike, trekking or just a pleasant walk in the mountains. Food is all natural, organic and home-like! You will never feel hungry in here. His mother met me and showed me the apartment. The top floor apartment is lovely with an amazing view of the city with balconies on both sides. Just a side note, it is in a soviet building so keep that in mind with your expectations but it is a very nice place. There are markets, banks and pharmacies just a stone's throw away. Transport to the rest of Armenia is about a 5 minute walk away.

The rooms are spacious. The restaurant is very good- it's home-made cuisine, we really felt as if we were in somebody's home and not in a hotel. There was no coffee included in the breakfast and they provided one for free upon request, really incredible service. I confirm what was said in other reviews- you won't find anything better in the town :)

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, so it checked all the major boxes. The hosts are wonderful people which invited me to spend time with them, which I truly enjoyed. they speak English, so it was great to have chats with them and learn about Armenia. The dinner was very tasty and the atmosphere made us feel we are at the relative’s home in Armenia. We enjoyed good conversation and she even made us a “special tour” of the city on her way to the groceries(We stayed there in the off-season. I think that she was just being kind, so please do not expect it always happen). Thank Irina and Marine.

There is a TV and a fridge in the room. It was super clean and comfortable. Location is in quiet Amoj village, easily reachable by car, 15min from Alaverdi. We had a delicious and big breakfast with the owners, they are super nice :)

Restaurant doesn't look fancy, but we were offered a huge and tasty dinner for a very reasonable price. Room is Ok, nothing special, but comfortable. Bathroom is convenient and with a lot of hot water.
