"Location is everything", and this Hotel is a 10, just a fine minute drive to Salzburg and a little over 10 to nearby Germany. Gas station and restaurants all within walking distance. Plentiful buffet full of fresh goodies and very gracious staff welcome you to breakfast. I personally greatly appreciated their attention to detail acknowledging my birthday with a wonderful gift bag!

Very comfortable space. Plenty of room for a short trip away. Excellent communication with the host. All facilities available. Very comfortable beds, lovely jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. Easy access to the buses into Salzburg. 20 mins bus ride. Supermarkets 5/10 minute walk away.

The house is very beautiful and cozy. The room was very warm and we slept like babies. In the morning, the beautiful mountainous landscape was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and the bed really confortable! We arrived late in the evening with no problems.
