An unusual concept is modern rooms and a restaurant located among the mountains, with a farm with sheep, an apiary and even a garden with huge ornamental stones brought by the owner from different parts of the world. It's impressive! The breakfast was non-standard, everything was very beautifully cooked and served. The products are the freshest, from our own farm. Staff/ Owners really try to make this a nice experience but the hotel is dated (furniture, etc.). Restaurant has a limited menu but food is good and there is a good selection of local wines. Given that most guests are sales people travelling through there wasn't much atmosphere ... everyone pretty much kept to themselves.
