The accommodation was spacious and clean. There was a lot of equipment in the kitchen. The owners were accommodating, and in view of the bad weather, they offered us a free extension of our stay by one day, which unfortunately we could not use.

I were charged from the bank 116 euro more then the price i book, cold water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom (3 drops per sec.), I stood in a pool of cold water. the room smelled of cow xxx, because it is in a cow village. there is no views. I arrived on a 35 degree hot day, and found only a lukewarm bottle of water on a table with a jar of jam!?!?!?. what am i supposed to do with that? no minibar... i did never get any refund - for this hell - only charge 116 euro more!?! if any one want a nice romantic stay - go to Schloss Fuschl. you get value for your money. this hotel was a total flop, total roman killer.UlrikkeSwitzerland

The rooms were very clean and cozy. We really liked the designed bathrooms and spa. Our stay was even better because of the hotel staff, very nice and welcoming. We also rented bikes to the lakes. We are coming back for sure!:)

The spa area was lovely with a great view across to the mountains. Outdoor pool with plenty of loungers in a quiet garden area. The bus stops right outside and it only takes about 20 minutes into the centre of Salzburg.
