Our stay at the hotel was excellent! We were thoroughly pleased with the meals offered, which provided a great variety and included healthy options. The SPA and resting area were particularly enjoyable, offering a serene environment for relaxation. It's also a wonderful place to visit with kids, as there are plenty of amenities to keep them entertained. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

- Our host prepared the breakfast each morning. It was nice to have her around and asking us if everything is well, you could feel her interest and care for her guests.
- She was very receptive - when i had a small ask, she was very prompt in saying "yes".

This locality is the "snow corner of the Tiro" - it has snow in the valley when other resorts don't. The landscape and the village environments are beautiful and relatively without commercial architecture. The main ski-resort is brilliant - linked to Saalbach - Hin and also family friendly; Go to fantastic InterSport Gunther in the Fieberbrunn town for best value ski hire and apparel. Nearby St Jakob Buchansteinwand small ski area is great for learning and families and excellent value - get ski hire at the lift for best value. It has a family theme park and wonderful langlauf and touring territory as well as the Jakobskreutz - A massive "Cross" building on top of the Buchenstand mountain that can be seen for miles.

Two Wishes 1) The bill from the hotel does not show the bid price from booking.com. You have to add different items. I got the bid price finally. The billing should be improved for an easy check. 2)Coronavirus disease In Tirol is since February the coronavirus disease. My information is, that in our hotel no guest has had the disease. When we left Austria on March 14, we were asked from the German government to go in a two-week quarantine. I would be helpful for us to know if there was a guest with coronavirus disease in the hotel during our stay or a week before. Please take the strong position from Booking.com to get this information. This information is important for the assessment, if we have the disease Please provide the information as soon as possible Best regards.

First of all, beautiful view and location. secondly, it is convenience, cleanliness and comfort. And most importantly, these are the owners of this house, hospitable, responsive, as if you had come to visit, and not to a hotel. They help solve any problem and provide many different services. I recommend ordering breakfast, it was delicious and varied. This is the place you will be happy to come to again. It was a wonderful weekend for us and we will definitely come back here again.

Even though it’s a very big resort, we felt very private and well taken care of. the service team at Vaya does an outstanding job, I’ve never seen such a well organized place. Our room was literally perfect and all the materials feel very modern and high quality. Especially the breakfast buffet is simply amazing and offers literally everything.

Ski depot at the lift is also useful. The wellness area was amazing. I can recommend the Halbpension, great food for breakfast and dinner. Mixture of local dishes and diverse cuisines. Our waitress was so nice which made the whole experience so delightful!
