A spacious clean room and comfortable bed. Well appointed bathroom and snack bar. The breakfast experience was okay, however a bit pricey for self serve. Lots of options including gluten free bread.

Travelling to Queensland, but rainy weather caused us to stop overnight, booked on line and was not expecting much, but our room was very clean and the shared ensuite also spotless & bed comfortable, room quite small but we did take the cheapest option and were satisfied with our space.
The bonus was the kitchenette, we were able to take advantage of the fridge & the hot chocolate or tea & coffee in a generous area to eat our breakfast.
We will pop in again when passing.
Located 3.5 km from The Big Banana, Coffs Harbour Hotel offers 2-star accommodation in Coffs Harbour and features a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar.

It was clean. Absolutely shit room, with nothing but a bed, a chair, & a tiny hand basin in the room. Absolutely shit value for money & extremely overpriced.
I never want to use booking.com again.

It was a little sad around the hotel, a few people sleeping rough, we did not have anyone bother us, but a sight that saddens when you see people sleeping on the concrete late Autumn. it was chilly. There were delicious smells coming from the eateries around the hotel.

Didn’t have enough time to honestly reply. I only had one night and stayed in wonderful accommodation and ate in their great restaurant. Hosts were lively, rooms were clean and a sharp comparison to the Buderim Fiesta Motel I stayed in the night before which was a disgrace

The food and drinks that we ordered were served to our satisfaction.
But the room and utilities did not meet my expectations as they look old and rundown. I honestly believed that our booking was totally overpriced.
Thank goodness to the beautiful beaches surrounding Coffs Harbour, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Great family trip. Lots of things to do at sapphire beach. Mini putt putt, basketball court, riding bikes, playing in the park, walking along the beach, games room! Was a fantastic family getaway.. we'll be back next year. Just need to find a good family restaurant.

The accommodation was absolutely filthy.
The accommodation was absolutely filthy. The room was smelly as soon as we opened the door. There was dust on the furniture which had been written on. ie. we were here!! The bed was filthy. There was no carpet on the floor. The balcony had wood rot and could be very dangerous. From car to steps leading to room was very dangerous and had not been cleaned up for use by people staying in the motel. I will never stay in Coffs Harbour again. It was $267 per night as there was a Football Carnival on and we had no idea this would fill all the motels in Coffs Harbour. One hotel was charging $500 per night and it was right on the highway. Never, ever stop at the Big Banana Accommodation. Unfortunately my husband is 81 and we felt we could not drive to the next town. Next time it will be worth sleeping on the side of the road in our car. That's how bad the accommodation was.

Old, expensive, boring.
Would never return unless I had to.
Found a nice restaurant down on Coffs Harbour Jetty for dinner, that seemed classier enough to accomodate our needs.
Excellent value for money, right near the heart of the city and close to the venue we had an event at. Also located close to all of Coffs harbours main attractions. Staff were great and very friendly.
This isn’t a luxury resort (and is not advertised as one) but it is extremely functional, kept very clean and the recent renovations and updates make it look great (and a bit retro) and all facilities well maintained and comfortable. We would definitely use this motor inn again if we were passing through Coffs.
Easy to find.
Trouble free check-in.
Very clean and functional amenities.
We were right next to the kitchen so that was a bonus.
Excellent huge and comfortable bed.
Shower was also excellent, hot and strong.
Dog friendly. Wish more hotels could get on board with this.
Good location, easy short walk to Woolworths and main shopping centre with lots of choices for food.
I consider our night excellent value for money and will stay there again as we do the Sydney, Brisbane trip fairly often.
The resort is right on the beach and its grounds are kept beautifully. My upgrade to a deluxe hotel room was essential for a 9 night stay. The swimming pool was imaginatively designed and deeper than most. Loved regular visits from water dragons and bush turkeys. A car is necessary as there is no public transport to the resort. Valla Beach, Urunga and Bellingen are an easy drive away, as are Sapphire and Emerald Beaches. The Botanic Gardens are well worth a visit.
We traveled from Melbourne to Brisbane a couple of months ago staying at several locations on the way and return.
This was by far the best Motel we stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the beds comfy. One of the things that seem to let motels down is the cleanliness of their Air Conditioners. This was not the case for this Place. 5 Stars!
Jenna is looking after you Roalty is how I felt with covid and all the restrictions and delays out of the hotels control Jenna made every special request effortless with a smile place is great staff is great rooms comfy and clean quiet hotel opposite heaps to do no matter what your into very cheap to bonus I will be back for sure SPECIAL THANKS TO JENNA
Freshly renovated, still has that freshly painted smell. The bathrooms are brand new, the bedroom is freshly carpeted, painted, new bed, good linen. It's also surprisingly quiet given that the hotel is right on the Pacific Highway in the middle of town. It's good value for money but I can't see it staying as cheap as it currently is
what a wonderfully set up hotel-apartments! clean, comfy, breezy, well-kept grounds, nice pool, excellent location, convenient and free onsite car parking that’s covered! my kids enjoyed the very close walk to the playground, and the wonderfully picturesque and quiet beach, and the food options nearby.
Clean spacious apartments with plenty of amenities and decent comfortable beds. The pool was great, my kids enjoyed splashing around. Perfect for a lower cost stay in Coffs where you want to be comfortable but don't need the 5 star hotel experience.
Apartment was very clean, the room had a beautiful view of the ocean and it was quite spacious. The bed and the lounge chairs were extremely comfortable for a hotel. Foxtel access on the TV was also great feature.
Although cheap, we wished we'd paid more and stayed somewhere else as the duff , duff pub next door played until late( 2am) The staff cleared the bottles until 3am. Admittedly, it was Saturday night.
Everything in the hotel was so lovely, excellent location. Really close to the beach and excellent playground for the kids. Owner was also very kind to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom for free.
