We've stayed here a number of times and this is a lovely boutique hotel. Location is great, close to everything. Fabulous art inspired rooms with comfortable bed and immaculately clean facilities. Decor and amenities are high quality. The shower is fabulous and the bed is very comfortable.

Absolutely adorable little place to stay. It was so comfortable and convenient location as we love Eumundi. The bed I wanted to sleep my stay away. So much thought has gone into comfort and convenience. The sound of birds in the morning was zen toWill definitely book again when we visit the area again.

The bed was very comfortable and enormous, and the shower was big with a really nice shower head. The gardens made the bedroom feel cool and private.
The front of the property has a well maintained traditional manor type garden and the back has a lot of beautiful trees and succulents with a path that follows a little flowing stream to the back. There are little areas to sit and listen to the trees and birds - makes you feel like you’re in the middle of the rain forest.
I’m a bit of an anxious person when it comes to new people and was worried about being in a B&B situation but Renate and Roberto were unpretentious and warm and made us feel really welcome and at ease. And Rupert (sweet teddy bear dog) helped us get our puppy dog fix.
The breakfast was fancy cafe quality and we had an awesome coffee to go with it.
I’ve never stayed at a B&B before but I reckon this one’s the best.
After enjoying an included breakfast, guests can wander off to the luxurious pool and hydro spa for a day of relaxation.

Our host Paul was amazing and accommodating, we couldn’t have asked for a better reception or feel more welcomed. We loved together location, the room and of course the breakfast was exceptional! We also got to get up close and personal with the kookaburras, magpies and the lovely tame butcher bird we named TBone. Fabulous stay and we plan on returning!

While the township of Eumundi is small and charming our accommodation was so poor that it meant our stay was too long. We only stayed four nights in order to go to the Eumundi Markets. The accommodation was so unhealthy and disappointing that we were just pleased to leave and go home. The markets will have to wait for another time. Not a good experience, especially at Christmas.

Eumundi is a great location for lots of the attractions in the area. The ginger factory, the markets, Noosa, great shops and beaches all within a 30 minute drive.
We had dinner at the Thai restaurant in Eumundi itself. The pub where stayed was typical of a country pub and all the locals were great.

Eumundi is a small country town, but has all the requirements for a good stay. It has a couple of hotels dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, both of which serve meals. We visited the Imperial Hotel and found the standard of food and service to be excellent. Likewise the Thai restaurant in the town centre.
Of course there is the famous Eumundi Market (Wed and Sat). This had just re-opened post-CoVid19 lockdown and we visited on a Wednesday . We are not normally 'market people', but were pleasantly surprised with the range and quality of goods for sale. There was a lovely happy atmosphere and a good attendance (just enabling Social Distancing). We felt that Wednesday was a good day to visit - I imagine that Saturdays will be a little crowded - so get there early!
There is a lovely area of parkland, part of which has a strong emphasis on WW1 remembrance. Many trees carry dedications to individual service personnel who lost their lives in that conflict.
Eumundi is well placed to enable easy travel eastwards to the Noosa area for sea/surf activities, and westwards to the Kenilworth/Mary Valley area for interesting country drives.

Eumundi is a magical country village with a bohemian vibe, a secret hideaway that comes to life during market days and a Friday evening food market. Just down the road from the amazing “spirit house restaurant” in Yandina and about 20 minutes from bustling Noosa and the quaint villages of montville and Maleny.
Great location 5mins from Eumundi, in tropical setting, lovely owners M&M gave me the rundown of area, doggies welccomed, owners had x2 golden retrievers with another 2 visiting. My freshly painted cabin was beside the pond, close to tweeting birds, beautiful lotus and babbling brook. The hosts left bacon&eggs, tropical fruit, yoghurt, oj&avo, bread/toast for make your own brekky, what a marvellous gesture as per post-covid conditions.
We had a amazing time in phoenix eumundi b&b!
The place is like paradise... I can just recommend this accommodation for everyone who wants to stay in a beautiful house on top of the mountain mountain. It was such a lovely experience in Eumundi! The host Angela was super lovely/ helpful and did us fabulous breakfast in the morning. No wonder this accommodation received 5 star review!
Always enjoy staying at Joe’s Waterhole Hotel. Great value & great location in the middle of Eumundi and straight across from the markets.
Extremely comfortable bed. Great A/C. Very clean. Tea & coffee making facilities. Very quiet at night.
Great meals & a lovely beer garden. live music.
Off street parking available on site (not covered).
Only 20 minutes drive to Noosa.
This retreat is not far from Eumundi township, just a few minutes drive and close to Noosa and Noosaville too. The house is huge and comfortable set on a beautiful property with a lake and space galore. It’s very quiet and tranquil. The only sounds you hear are the birds. I’d definitely stay again and would highly recommend it. Janet, the host, is lovely and friendly.
The Eumundi guest house and BNB was a beautiful place to stay. Sue and David were super nice hosts and so accommodating. We had the bottom apartment and access to our own TV, lounge room and facilities. they have a beautiful shared pool and the breakfast that Sue cooked was absolutely delicious. it kept us going until dinner time. thanks for a lovely visit!
Very clean, and comfortable accomodations with all necessary amenities. We loved the peace and quiet. Anne is a very thoughtful, warm and considerate host. She had a lot of suggestions for places to visit and cafes and restaurants. 🙂
We higly recommend Eumundi cottages for a cozy and comfortable stay🙂
we stayed at hola for a birthday getaway Nikki and Simone were incredibly helpful and the rooms and location are fantastic you are right in the heart of eumundi if visiting the market or wanting to dine at the imperial hotel - food is great at the imperial and the cocktails are well priced
Eumundi Guesthouse is a home away from home. Sue and David are incredible hosts who make you feel so welcomed and at home. The breakfast is out of this world and attention to detail 👌 The rooms are immaculate, comfortable with an ambience that is soul warming. I can't wait to go back.
What a gem, beautiful homely B&B in Eumundi , easily walkable into the town , but also local with a car to Noosa , Peregian & coolum beaches . Louise & Marco ( the owners) are absolutely lovely people so helpful and charming, we felt completely at home , breakfast was fantastic!
Special thanks to Braydon for being absolutely so wonderful. We were caught in the severe flooding from Caloundra to the south. The only accomodation we could find was The Hola in Eumundi and did not arrive until late . Braydon greeted us warmly in the Pub as well . Thnakyou
The complimentary chocolate cake with blueberries and cream in the fridge on arrival. The beautiful relaxing mountain view from the cabin is amazing. A great place to really unwind. Handy to eumundi township for cafes and a great Thai restaurant.
The fully cooked breakfast served on the beautiful deck with sweeping views. Sue and David were excellent hosts and we felt very welcome. A beautiful home in a lovey quiet part of Eumundi. We look forward to going back for a longer stay.
Might be the cutest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We only stayed a night but wish we could have been there longer! The bed was the most comfortable we had on our two week trip to Australia, and the vibes were immaculate!
A peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a great tree lined outlook. The location gives easy road access to Eumundi and Cooroy. The 2 cottages are well screened from each other and from the welcoming hosts' house.
The peace and tranquility. Care and attention of the wonderful hosts. The town of Eumundi is an absolute gem.Check out Joe's Waterhole( Matsos) for a traditional Australian bar with some great characters
Peaceful atmosphere with beautiful view over Lilly filled lake, lovely bird noises, nice and private accommodation and close to Markets and both coastal and hinterland venues.
