I was running very late for my check-in, and they were very accommodating being there until I arrived. It's spacious, clean and very convenient to the highway (without being disturbed by traffic noise) - would definitely stay there again. There are car parks in front of all rooms, and the layout means you don't feel 'packed in'. After a long drive, the spa bath was a godsend.RichardAustralia - 2.0Scored 2.0
Very unfriendly Reception lady.
Very unfriendly Reception lady. Overpriced accommodation $130. Poorly maintained, floor boards rotten and moved under you when walking across the room. NO breakfast. Bed was old, uncomfortable and sagged in the centre. False advertising on-line booking - name changed of Helidon Motel since last stay some years ago & big mistake to stay 14/3/2020. Would NOT recommend. Unfortunately we had already PAID! And, next Motel in Toowoomba.
