Spacious room with balcony, tables and chairs. Awesome bathroom with sky window for good light. Very comfortable bed. Large TV. Lounge seating. Great coffee shop (Fill Coffee) downstairs as well as a craft beer and gin bar (The Welder’s Dog) on the premises. Vouchers for free coffee with food left daily. Very quirky decor. Whilst currently being refurbished, the renovations cleverly link old and new styles. Laundry facilities with washer and dryer and washing liquid provided. Kitchen with shared facilities: help yourself to breakfast cereals, fruit and milk. Umbrellas to use near front door which came in handy with the rain! The Oxford is in the centre of town with easy walking to everything. Great parking on the street as well as local car parks behind. We will return!

Amazing peaceful and serene property, a delight to experience this Federation grandeur. There are really comfy 4 post bed & armchairs with air conditioning in the room. The bathroom is modern with rain shower.

We were there for one of our regular visits to see our grandchildren. Inverell is a lovely town. We always have one meal at the RSM as the boys love it, the ice cream bar is a must do and the pizzas are really good. The coffee at Clover and Co and Fill is really good,both are in Otto Street. Fill is open Sunday mornings as well. I love a clothes shop, always seem to buy something. The Pioneer Village is really worth a visit as well as the car museum. The people that run the Pioneer Village are a wealth of knowledge on the local area and can give some good tips on where to go. The markets are on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month (check that), they are small but fun. There is a cinema and a ten pin bowls alley. We love the Welders Dog in Otto Street for a drink and sometimes the have the food wagon , otherwise, you can take food in with you. If you have a group you can reserve a room there.

We love Inverell because we have our grandsons for the weekend there every couple of months. The Pioneer Village is fabulous, the caretakers there can advise you of all the local good things to do as well. We always take our boys to the RSM, the icecream bar is especially good. Shopping for the girls is terrific. It does get very hot in summer and very cold in winter. The auto museum is also worth visiting.lynetteAustralia - 10Scored 10

The National Transport museum is amazing and definitely is worth visiting. The RSM club has a good variety of bistro, pizza and cafe foods, and was lovely. Inverell has always been our getaway for short trips.
Inverell has always been our getaway for short trips. Shopping is very good and I always check out their clothing stores. Good choices for food and I have never had any trouble finding a Gluten Free meal. The Tourist attractions and history can be found throughout the area.

There was a friendly coffee shop downstairs where we had a light breakfast, and a bar next door. There were other restaurants and cafes nearby. Check-in was contactless, so we didnt actually see any staff, but facilities were good, the room was clean and comfortable.
