Loved everything about this hotel! The staff are incredible. They are so friendly and make you feel at home. The pool is fantastic and could always get a lounge chair to lie on at any time of day. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and the lunch and dinner is also the best in Palm Cove. The signature inclusions were also a fantastic touch including the sunrise yoga (which is between the palms!), the sorbet by the pool and the canapes and punch at 5pm. They think of everything!!

Loved the location on the beach front of Palm Cove. The one bedroom with spa was lovely room with a nice sized lounge and kitchen. Modern. Nice view from balcony. The pool was cool and over looking the mountains at rear of property.

We came to Palm Cove over the Easter weekend. We were not expecting it to be so quiet at The Reef Refreat! No kids!! And we even had the pool area to ourselves for a few hours on a Saturday. We loved our stay here. The hosts Stuart and Tony were very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were in apartment 2, which was newly and beautifully decorated. And spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, right across from the ocean, and not too far from the restaurants at Palm Cove and Trinity Beach. It was an easy drive from the Cairns airport and to Port Douglas.
