Nice location which allows trips to Oostende, De Haan and...
Nice location which allows trips to Oostende, De Haan and Blankenberge. Good access to dunes, beach and coast tram. Some parts are a bit crowded. Lots of things to do with kids: rent a bicycle, funfair, hike or enjoy the large beach.

Small town with lovely bakeries (Deschacht and Mistral), nice places to eat (Mil's) and a lovely sandy beach. There are no shops next to the beach which makes it a perfect place to relax. You do have to walk quite far to get some drinks or ice cream, but there are several beach bars if you don't mind paying a bit extra.

Ms. Elizabeth was welkoming and kind, expecially on our departure day when she prepared breakfast for us earlier than regular time. The hotel is 10 minutes far from the beach and the tram station. Tram connects regularly all Belgian coast resorts.. We were travelling with our Australian Shepherd, that had been much welcome.SusyItaly
