Very nice people at the desk room. The bedding is clean and tidy but so uncomfortable !!! Mattress way too thing!!! Entering the room it was 17degrees. It was awful ! It took us til midnight to finally warm up. Then the thermostat went up like crazy up to 32 degrees. Then couldn’t sleep because way to hot! Terrible experience !!!

Our trip to florenville is not expected i just saw the place and i tried to booked because its also difficult to find a place that pets allowed. Me and my boyfriend really had a good time because we really want a quite and relaxing place. Florenville is one of the best place to go:) Nature is perfect !!May AnnBelgium

Well equipped and clean room (airco also) with kitchen and bed in the mezzanine upstairs. Also same style decorated restaurant and piano bar. Florenville as such is not so interesting, except church with beautiful view on the Semois and the Gaume area from tower. From this place you can easily reach all nearby locations: Bouillon, Orval, parc de la Gaume,... In front of the hotel is a 'salaisons' factory with a store on the main square. You can buy local products.
