We loved the town of Marche-en-Famenne. Charming.
We loved the town of Marche-en-Famenne. Charming. All the residents we met were very kind. My 8 year old daughter and I spent a lovely couple of hours at the Art museum. We had a nice lunch at the restaurant L'EFFET BOEUF. Overall, a lovely place to visit.

Central location and the option to rent bikes at the hotel makes it easy to get around this small town. The receptionist Celine was very kind and made me feel welcome and spoke to me in english since my french is very patchy :-). The spa is really nice with a wide range of massage and treatments available. Highly recommend the masseuse Marie, who was very professional and friendly.
