Lovely small bar/restaurant hotel in a residential neighbourhood away from the main roads so lovely and peaceful. Very nice couple that ran the place were extremely helpful.
The food was amazing. The bar was cosy and inviting. Great room with a good shower and lovely bed with proper old fashioned sheets and blankets. Slept like a baby!!

Phillip was a great host.... he was very helpful and pleasant, nothing seemed to much for him.
The accommodation was just what was needed, clean, spacious and comfortable beds!! The continental breakfast was a bonus, I little extra per person but we'll worth it, the bread and pastries collected by Philip every morning were delicious.

Small Center with a pretty old church, a few municipal buildings, a good convenience store near our Inn, a few Beer Halls (filled with sweaty male cyclists by late Sunday morning!) Few shops, farm country in every direction, many many waldelpads (wandering paths). Quiet, calm, peaceful, uncrowded. And the food at the Elckerlyck Inn, cooked by maestro Guido, is delicious, and locally sourced.
