The host met us at the entrance, the apartment is located 5 minutes drive from sprava banya, the guesthouse has a beautiful garden and views of the mountains. the apartment was very clean and well equipped and had a very nice balcony for relaxing, even in rain time.

Excellent place to stay as a couple or family. The rooms are very clean and there is a view to the mountains. Incredible! Big terrasse with chairs and table to enjoy the view and the noise of the river next to the hotel. Parking place in front of the hotel is always available. The hosts are very friendly and the breakfast was great! We definetly will visit again!

Good value for money and good location. Very clean without artificial smells and the room was furnished in a traditionally style. Jacuzzi and pool very hot mineral water, if you want to use the sauna or steam bath you have to book ahead which I though was good as better than wasting energy all day with no use. restaurant had a good menu and the breakfast was adequate for the money. Strong wi-fi. My wife has visual problems as it was well lite throughout.

When I arrived at the hotel it was all closed up and I had to go around the back of the building to be let in. They did not seem to be expecting me. The elderly man in the property did not speak any English. The restaurant was closed and so no food was available, not even breakfast the next morning. When I asked where I could eat, I was told “Centre” with a wave of the hand. There was WiFi signal but no internet connection. When I later asked a young woman about this, she said “There is a problem in the village” and yet I could get internet access without any problem at another hotel 500 m away. A most disappointing experience. Not as described by Booking.com! It’s a “family hotel” but a colder, more unfriendly place you could not imagine.
